Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 20 September 2024 at 10.50am, 10.55am, 10.57am respectively. The appointment was made on the application of BIZCAP NZ Limited.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 21 October 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
