Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator as follows:
VERED LIMITED (previously known as LOCAL REALTY LIMITED) on 2 September 2024 at 3.40pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by resolution of the shareholders.
WVM LIMITED (previously known as STANAWAY MULTIMEDIA LIMITED) on 5 September 2024 at 11.10am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by resolution of the shareholders.
PREMIUM WHOLESALE SOLUTIONS LIMITED on 5 September 2024 at 11.11am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993. This was a High Court appointment upon petition by a creditor under CIV-2024-404-420.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 2 October 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
