Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 as follows:

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 4 March 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
