Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MICNOR PLANT & MACHINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 9 September 2024 at 1.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DATA SAUCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 9 September 2024 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HYLTON DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 10 September 2024 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEST AIR CONDITIONING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 13 September 2024 at 10.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Habeeb Ur Rahman Syed.
