Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named Industrial and Provident Society by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 10 September 2024 at 10.15am on application of Accuro Health Insurance Society Limited.

The liquidation commenced on 10 September 2024 at 10.15am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 November 2024.
