Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland on 5 September 2024 on the application of Inland Revenue, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993:

NORTH ISLAND SITE SERVICES LIMITED at 10.53am

TRIANGLE STEEL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED at 10.54am

We fix 12 October 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
