Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of S & S IMPORT SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 5 September 2024 at 10.11am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 12 October 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
