Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

ENVI SILEX LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 5 September at 12.53pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

HERBERT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High Court at Napier on 5 September 2024 at 2.54pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

ORCHARDS FRESH LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 2 September at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

PURENINES LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 5 September at 12.52pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

SILVERKARRAT HOLDINGS LIMITED by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 on 5 September 2024 at 11.16am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 25 October 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
