Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

On 1 February 2024, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, respectively, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 1 February 2024 at 11.40am and 2.22pm respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 29 February 2024.
