Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 365963 and 932150

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies replacing Kelera Nayacakalou pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on 3 September 2024 at 12.00pm.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 1 October 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
