4M BEL AIR LIMITED and KP999 ENTERPRISES LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed both Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidations of 4M BEL AIR LIMITED (in liquidation) on 21 August 2024 at 2.04pm and of KP999 ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 27 August 2024 at 1.42pm.
The liquidators fix 4 October 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
