Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 on 21 August 2024 at 11.07am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 4 October 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
