Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 23 August 2024 at 11.35am EUNOIA BEAUTY LIMITED was placed in liquidation by order of the High Court at Nelson. Robin Crimp of RAC Insolvency Limited, was appointed liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 27 September 2024. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
