Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a resolution passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 on 21 August 2024 at 11.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 27 September 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
