Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ZOOM SECURITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 22 August 2024 at 11.07am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 30 September 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
