Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 31 January 2024, Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ADVARO FUNDING LIMITED, ADVARO LIMITED and ADVARO FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED (all in liquidation) by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act at the times below:

ADVARO FUNDING LIMITED (Company No.: 1960840) at 3.02pm.

ADVARO LIMITED (Company No.: 843840) at 3.03pm.

ADVARO FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED (Company No.: 5024280) at 10.58pm.

These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation on 30 January 2024, the companies’ directors signed a declaration for each company that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of these declarations were delivered to the Registrar.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 23 February 2024.
