Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed, pursuant to section 283(2), as replacement liquidator of the above-named company on 21 August 2024 at 11.33am, in place of Gregory Sherriff (IP52) who resigned as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2020.
