Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of CMS LOGISTICS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 31 January 2024 at 3.45pm. This is a solvent liquidation.
