Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPORTCRAFT BOATS LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c), of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 August 2024 at 10.53am on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPORTCRAFT MARINE LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 August 2024 at 10.35am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 20 September 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
