Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 12 August 2024 at 10.59am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named partnership by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on the application of the Commissioner for Inland Revenue, and at 12.00pm were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

The undersigned does hereby fix 23 September 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the partnership and the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
