Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:
AVANTIPLUS BOTANY LIMITED: by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act on 5 August 2024 at 11.34am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act.
COOLTHERM LIMITED: by the High Court at Auckland on 2 August 2024 at 11.26am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
HG8 NEW ZEALAND LIMITED: by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 25 July 2024 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
ROOFING HQ LIMITED: by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 24 July 2024 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 30 August 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
