Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 29 July 2024 at 11.15am in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 the shareholders of the above-named company by special resolution, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered accountant and Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
