Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company by an order of the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 30 July 2024 at 10.09am upon the application of Wellington Developments Limited.

The liquidation commenced on 30 July 2024 at 10.09am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 3 October 2024.
