Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of the Attorney-General of New Zealand, who issued the proceeding in respect of actions taken by the Ministry of Social Development. The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2024 at 10.07am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 23 August 2024 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
