Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RDW 2022 LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 26 July 2024 at 3.30pm. This is a solvent liquidation.
