Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 as follows:

C&O CROSSCUTTERS LIMITED on 15 July 2024 at 5.00pm.

GIBBOS CONCRETE LIMITED on 19 July 2024 at 8.00pm.

HAIRITEGE LIMITED on 24 July 2024 at 3.00pm.

The liquidators fix 30 August 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
