Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GAVAN HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 17 July 2024 at 8.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SEA.TX PROPERTY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 19 July 2024 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 30 August 2024.
