Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for XAAS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder on the company on 23 July 2024 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 23 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
