Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of R&V SHAREHOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 18 July 2024 at 11.51am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 26 August 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
