Notice is hereby given that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

CONSTRUCT AUCKLAND LIMITED and CONSTRUCT WELLINGTON LIMITED at 4.00pm.
