Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of CENTRAL BULK TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin on the petition of Farmers First Logistics Limited (in receivership) on 15 July 2024 at 10.08am.

We fix 15 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
