Dennis Clifford Parsons, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of MASH FARMING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 July 2024 at 4.00pm by shareholders’ resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
