Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CRAMPTON TRUST LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholder on 3 July 2024 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 August 2024.
