Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PAINT IT PERFECT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 9 July 2024 at 10.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TE KURU HOLDINGS LIMITED (trading as Hamilton Motorcycle Centre) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 10 July 2024 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 August 2024.
