Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of S.P.Q.R. LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 11 July 2024 at 3.56pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
