Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders on 25 January 2024.

The liquidator fixes 29 February 2024 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
