Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 May 2024 at 10.16am, Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator by the High Court of Auckland.

I fix 8 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
