Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Garry Whimp, Registered Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at a meeting held on 2 July 2024.

The liquidation commenced at 5.15pm on 2 July 2024.

The undersigned does hereby fix 16 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
