Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Vaughan Strawbridge and Joseph Hansell were appointed as joint and several liquidators of JENNY CRAIG WEIGHT LOSS CENTRES (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 14 June 2023.

The liquidators fix 2 August 2024 as the day on or before which preferential creditors of the company are to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, should they disagree with the claim lodged by the liquidator on their behalf.

If preferential creditors fail to lodge a claim by the fixed date, the liquidators will not adjudicate on their claim, and they may not object to the distribution.
