Pritesh Patel (IP120) Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed as liquidator for SWIFTRANZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 5 July 2024 at 10.20am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
