Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 25 January 2024 at 5.07pm, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Katrina Wilgermein of Wojcik & Wilgermein, chartered accountants, was appointed as liquidator.

The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
