Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 27 June 2024 at 10.25am and 4 July 2024 at 2.50pm LUCCA’S QC LIMITED and SKYBASE LIMITED (in liquidation) were placed in liquidation by order of the High Court at Christchurch and the shareholder respectively. Robin Crimp of RAC Insolvency Limited, was appointed liquidator.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 9 August 2024. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
