Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 6736375, 5865869 and 5737089

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 28 June 2024 at 10.12am, 29 June 2024 at 2.56pm and 1 July 2024 at 8.15am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 1 August 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
