J T JAMIESON & CO LIMITED and SCHRODER & ASSOCIATES LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of J T JAMIESON & CO LIMITED and SCHRODER & ASSOCIATES LIMITED (both in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 24 June 2024 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation on 24 June 2024, the companies’ directors signed a declaration for each company that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of these declarations were delivered to the Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 24 July 2024.
