Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed both Daran Nair, licensed insolvency practitioner and Heiko Draht, licensed insolvency practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidations of AXIS SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 June 2024 at 4.54pm and NGAKE B LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 June 2024 at 10.30am and in the solvent liquidation of BLOSSOMS EDUCARE ONEHUNGA LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 June 2024 at 1.23pm.
The liquidators fix 29 July 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
