Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GD CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 17 June 2024 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 17 August 2024.
