Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the above-named companies on 14 June 2024 at 9.00am, by resolution of their respective shareholder.

The last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have is fixed as 13 August 2024.

Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
