Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Please note, this a solvent liquidation for the purpose of restructuring shareholders’ affairs. The liquidation does not affect the ongoing trading of the City GP’s medical practice.

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP71 and IP75), were appointed liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 23 January 2024 at 1.00pm.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the company, we fix the 27 February 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
