Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SERIOUS SHOOTERS LIMITED (trading as Serious Shooters) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 13 June 2024 at 10.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
