Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Speers Keen (IP159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP42), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by a resolution of the creditors passed at the watershed meeting held under section 239AT. The liquidation commenced on 12 June 2024 at 1.31pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 12 July 2024 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
